Sweets will ruin your diet so try to avoid it at all times if you want to achieve and maintain your perfect weight.

Tip: Make sure you have eaten well before you have to visit a gas station to refuel. There is a lot of temptation in gas stations (candy and unhealthy snacks). With a full stomach, you are more resistant to it!
